Description
At present there is no whole of health contract for these kits in place.
The contract arrangement established as a result of this Request may be awarded in any of the following ways:
• A single supplier for the contract;
• A single supplier for all items in a range;
• A single supplier for individual items;
• A panel of suppliers.
The resultant Contract/s shall be mandatory for all WAPHU’s and will operate as a standing offer arrangement with orders to be placed on an as required basis.
