The project is for the design and construction of the Parramatta Light Rail (PLR) Stage 2 Enabling Works, which is the first package to be delivered from the PLR Stage 2 Project. The Enabling Works scope comprises a public transport and active transport bridge across the Parramatta River between Wentworth Point and Melrose Park.
