The Housing Authority operating within the Department of Communities (Communities)requiresa panel of Contractors to provide transactionadvisory, management, and strategy services, in relation to property and/or real estate development. These specialist real estate services relate directly to Communities’ role in property acquisitions, housing construction, land development and redevelopment of existing assets. The Panel will be mandatory for use within Communities.
