Description
The Works compriseof partial demolition, building modification, alteration and new works to two adjoining apartment dwellings to create a single complex which accommodates the Pilbara Renal Office Accommodation facility and such other work as shown on the drawings or included in the specification.
Adjoining premises will be occupied during the term of the Contract. The Contractor shall ensure that it causes minimal inconvenience and disturbance to the occupants.
