Description

The Department of Justice and Industrial Relations will issue a tender in October 2003 for the development of a Monetary Penalties Enforcement System to manage the collection and enforcement of monetary penalties. Individuals, companies or consortia are invited to submit documentation outlining their capabilities and a summary of recent relevant work with references. Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified companies and consortia for the provision of software development services for the project. Following an evaluation period, a tender will then be issued to a short list of firms selected on the basis of the information provided in the Expression of Interest.
