In 2020 the South Australian Housing Authority (the Authority) established a Pre-Qualified List with the building and construction industry to enhance relationships and opportunities whilst improving the outcome of the Authority’s projects.
The pre-qualified list ensures that its members have the appropriate skills, capacity, capability and accreditation to undertake the work in accordance with the requirements of the Authority.
The pre-qualified categories are as follows, including two new categories:
- Builders;
- Engineering Services - Civil and Structural;
- Project Management Services;
- Investment Advisory and Assessment;
- Landscaping and Horticultural Services;
- Architectural and Urban Design Services;
- Demolition Services (New); and
- Planning and Development Assessment Services (New).
This approach allows for a more efficient and discerning application and assessment process, improved transparency and a more comprehensive supplier performance procedure.
