Australian Government Department of Education
Parliament and Civics Education Rebate Program (PACER) Administration Services RFT
Details
Description
Through the Parliament and Civics Education Rebate (PACER) program, the Department of Education, Skills and Employment (DESE) provides a travel rebate to schools for students to participate in on-site authentic civics and citizenship learning experiences in Australia’s national institutions. These include: Parliament House, the Museum of Australian Democracy, National Electoral Education Centre and the Australian War Memorial.
The Department of Education, Skills and Employment is now seeking responses from suitably qualified and equipped organisations for the provision of comprehensive administration services for the PACER program. The successful Tenderer must work collaboratively with DESE, eligible schools and the National Institutions and be responsible for all aspects of administering and delivering the program. This includes, but is not limited to management of funding, information technology solution requirements and data collection, migration and consolidation.
It is expected applicants will also provide details regarding suitable IT infrastructure and be willing to undergo the necessary security vetting, as required by the Australian Government, of said IT infrastructure.
Further information can be found in the provided RFT and draft contract.
