Cyber Augmentation Services

As part of the Australian Taxation Office’s IT Strategic Sourcing Program multiple bundles of work, the ATO is seeking in this RFT to enter into an arrangement for the provision of Cyber Augmentation Services (CAS) to provide the ATO with a skills-based resource augmentation package.

The CAS Services Provider is to provide qualified, experienced and pre-cleared personnel as required and on demand to allow the ATO to access a range of specific cyber skillsets to complement and strengthen the ATO’s in-house security teams, being the Cyber Governance and Operations (CGO) and the Cyber Strategy and Programs (CSP) Branches, responsible for undertaking the ATO’s security practices and activities.

This Bundle is designed to support regulatory compliance as well as the day-to-day security operations – to monitor, detect, analyse and respond to internal and external security threats. Potentially, the resources engaged through this Bundle would also support implementation of strategic cyber programs and other project functions, as necessary.
