SA Health requires rapid and short-term out of hospital services from community health service providers to support immediate hospital avoidance and early supported discharge through the Hospital and Health Care at Home (HHC@H) program.
SA Health intends to use a two stage procurement process, starting with an Expression of Interest (EOI), to work with the market with a view to engaging one or more service providers with the capability and capacity for the provision of HHC@H services.
