Spotless Services Australia Ltd on behalf of Mainroads WA is seeking tenders from registered builders / registered commercial fit-out contractors with recent experience in interior fit-out projects to undertake associated works at Mainroads WA, Don Aitken Centre in accordance with the specification provided.
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Beryl Maynard on 9288 1255 or by emailing [email hidden] by no later than COB, Thursday 30 September 2010.
Documents will be available for pickup between 09.00hrs and 16.30hrs on Friday

A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am on the Wednesday
6 October 2010 at the Don Aitken Centre, Waterloo Crescent, East Perth.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 14.00hrs Tuesday 26 October 2010.
