Description
The Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) is planning to undertake a procurement process for the provision of Site Risk Survey services.
We expect delivery of services will commence in June 2022.
The Site Risk Survey (SRS) program involves engineering risk assessments being carried out at various VMIA insured State assets with the objective of assisting clients to identify risks and propose treatment solutions.
The SRS is a site-specific survey that considers the risk profile of the site, the contributions to the risk exposure that assets make to the State-wide risk profile together with the treatment, and control systems and activities that serve to manage those risks.
In particular, the SRS assesses the following areas:
- Construction
- Occupancy
- Fire Protection Systems
- Risk management systems
- Locality Hazards
- Public safety
