The assignment is for a process design tailored to Brukunga acid-water particularly that water collected during the winter months from June through to September of each year. The treatment process will use the latest lime-based neutralisation technology for the active treatment of acid-rock-drainage (ARD) and will optimise the process, reagent selection and product management techniques matched to Brukunga conditions.
