The Department of Finance is seeking a suitably qualified Real Estate Agent (Agent) to manage the marketing and sale of up to 19 surplus Commonwealth-owned properties previously owned by the former Albury-Wodonga Development Corporation. These properties are englobo properties located in Albury, New South Wales, and Wodonga, Victoria. Each site varies considerably in their geographical location, size and extent of physical and administrative constraints.
