Description
The scope of works of this project involves refurbishment works to the office accommodation, armoury, workshop (transport store), gas store, wash point pit and pump.
These works include addressing defected downpipes, removal of redundant air conditioning systems, replacement of damaged ceiling tiles and internal doors, kitchen and bar refurbishment, replacement of roller shutters, external and internal painting, refurbishment of ablutions, upgrade balustrades, replace old gas store with new, and to decommission and demolish the wash point.
