L200 Tranche 2 - Battlefield Communication System Facilities - Works Package 3 – Lavarack Barracks

The Services include design and related services in respect of the following Works:

• Internal demolition works within the existing building;
• extension, upgrade and refurbishment of existing facility, including Administrative Area, Classrooms, Q-Store, Ablutions, Cleaner’s Room, Brew Area, Workshop, and Vault;
• extension of existing carpark area to provide a vehicle layby area to conduct Vehicle Training;
• upgrade, modify and install ICT services; and
• augmentation of existing building and engineering services, with provision of new services where required;

to meet operational and support capabilities to conduct training.
