Space Surveillance Telescope Facility

Integrated Managing Contractor Contract (IMC 2016-1) for the delivery of of a space surveillance telescope facility at Harold E Holt Communications Station, Exmouth WA

The Works include but not limited to the following:

·An observatory or dome enclosure structure, with significant vibration attenuation including mass concrete foundations to suit the local ground conditions;

·An operations/support building connecting to the observatory/dome enclosure structure;

·An equipment building separate from the enclosure and support buildings, for the transformer, generator, switchgear, fluid coolers and chillers, etc;

·Road works connecting the Space Surveillance Telescope Facility to Harold E Holt’s existing road networks;

·Connection to base services including water, power supply, communications and security infrastructure;

·Security fencing; and

·Car parking facilities plus circulation space for Telescope installation, and facilities and Telescope maintenance and repair vehicles and equipment.
