Description
The ACCC requires the Tenderer to be able to capture information collected from calls, handled directly into ACCC systems.
The call centre will service Scamwatch and/or Energy Made Easy calls.
Minimum operating hours are 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday Australian Eastern Time.
