Design Supply and Install Playground Equipment at Susan Grace Benny and Graymore Reserves.
As part of these upgrades it is also intended to undertake additional works outside of this tender for the provision of rubber softfall, fencing of the playground and shade structures.
Susan Grace Benny reserve
This reserve is located in Seacliff at the intersection of Mott Terrace and Naldera Crescent. This playground is in reasonable condition and is well used. Given this additional use Council has decided to expand this playground to cater for a wider age group than can be serviced by the existing equipment.
Graymore Park
This reserve is located in Glenelg North at the intersection of Derrick Avenue and Inwood Avenue. This playground has reached the end of its useful life and requires a total replacement.
