National Museum of Australia
New CRM Procurement
Details
Description
The National Museum is approaching the market to procure a new enterprise Customer Relationship Manager (CRM).
The current two (2) CRMs address particular needs for specific Business Units, however do not have a whole of Museum view for use of the information gathered and lack integration to provide an overview of individual engagement with the Museum.
This impacts on the capacity for meaningful and effective collaboration and imposes an unreasonable operational overhead on the Museum's Business Units.
