Civil work consists of grading and site development; landscaping work includes pathways, planting , irrigation, retaining walls and timber decking with associated engineering services. (Bulk earthworks are currently being undertaken) Approximate area 19ha. Only tenders from tenderers registered as DAIS Prequalified Trade Contractors, Civil Category 2 at the time of close of tenders will be considered.
