River Red Gum Parkland Inventory Design

The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Principal Design Consultant (PDC) to lead the design, construction documentation, Tender Phase Services (TPS) and Construction Phase Services (CPS) for the provision of the essential infrastructure and an integrated water management system at Northern Memorial Park (NMP) – River Red Gum Parklands (RRGP) Stage 2. The successful PDC has to work as the lead consultant responsible for the design of the specified infrastructure, including feasibility studies, the design and collaborations with other consultants, such as geotechnical engineers, traffic engineers, civil engineers, artists, drainage and irrigation professionals, access consultants, structural engineers, surveyors, electrical/mechanical engineers, hydraulic services engineers, wayfinding consultants, soil scientists, qualified builders and other professionals and trades as per needs and requirements. A Quantity Surveyor will be engaged directly by GMCT at agreed hold points.
