PM&C requires the services of professional recruitment services providers to assist in PM&C’s recruitment processes.The solution must provide professional recruitment services including:a.Initial screening and assessment:(i)Provide professional expertise in the design of the assessment and selection process;(ii) Provide assistance with, and advice on, the short-listing process.b.Scribing of interviews and associated meetings:(i) Provide professional scribing services for interviews and meetings;(ii) write up final recommendations.c.Reference checks:(i) Conduct detailed reference checks as required.d.Other related services:(i) Conduct other related services as requested.Such work will be conducted based on the hourly rates quoted in the Pricing Schedule.
