Description
Part A – undertake the department’s annual client survey for the 2008/09 period administering the questionnaires (with minor alternations) utilised in previous years;
Part B – complete a review of the outcomes and performance measures within the Department of Sport and Recreation’s Strategic Plan 2009-2012 and refine the client survey questionnaires to provide ongoing comparable data for government performance reporting and, where possible, include new questions to gather additional information to meet departmental performance measurement outcomes; and
Part C – undertake the annual client survey for 2009/2010 and 2010/2011 years to assist in the departments strategic planning and development of department programs and services, utilising the revised questionnaires.
