Oxley State School - Block A Refurbishment and PWD Upgrades (Eligible PQC Contractors Level 2)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of Block A and construction of a PWD ramp and toilet at Oxley State School, located at Bannerman Street, Oxley QLD 4075 as part of the Education 4 All program.

The scope of works includes the refurbishment of 5 GLAs and construction of a new PWD ramp to Block A and PWD toilet. The position of the building is at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. Classroom refubishment works are to be completed by January 2023 and PWD toilet and ramp are to be completd by April 2023.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
