Particulars
Micro-credentials in the NETM will be commissioned in response to industry-identified skills needs. The NETM and its governance process will facilitate increased responsiveness to industry requirements than in traditional models of education. Through the development of the Introduction to Technical Drawings micro-credential, the Authority is looking to deliver the following learning outcomes to learners: Understand the principles of Australian Standard AS1100 for technical drawing Apply knowledge of AS1100 to interpret the engineering intent of release drawing(s) Demonstrate proficiency in the use of technical terminology specified in AS1100 Through Create Technical Drawings micro-credential, the Authority is looking to deliver the following learning outcomes: Understand Australian Standard AS1100 technical drawing information requirements Translate engineering intent into AS1100-compliant detail drawings
