Description of the goods and services to be provided
Works include: Removal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) from the dwelling including outbuildings on the site as applicable based on Hazmat reports to be supplied to the Contractor by the Principal.Provide notifications to applicable Authorities. Attain relevant approvals for ACM removal and disposal. Provide air monitoring and clearance certificates as applicable.The preparation for and transportation of the dwelling from the site to an approved location. Make all necessary notifications and/or obtain approvals from the relevant Authorities to meet the requirements of the Works.The demolition of external structures or amenities on the site.The disconnection of services and remediation of the site and grounds following dwelling removal.
