• Full removal and replacement of existing deteriorated external cladding with durable, modern cladding to enhance the building’s weather resistance and appearance. • Installation of new external windows to improve natural light, energy efficiency, and ventilation. • Removal of old ceiling fans and lights, with installation of new, energy-efficient models to ensure better lighting and airflow throughout the centre. • Internal painting of all walls and ceilings to freshen and modernise the interior environment. • Refurbishment and upgrade of the kitchenette area to provide a clean, functional space for public use or education program support. • Kitchen upgrade in the office/staff area, including new cabinetry, fixtures, and appliances to improve amenities for staff. • Safe and environmentally responsible disposal of all removed materials.
