Description
The Department of Communities (Communities) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced evaluation consultant (Contractor) to undertake an evaluation of the enhanced FDVRT Model (Phase 2) – Implementation of the Family Safety Service (FSS). The evaluation will assess the effectiveness, appropriateness, and efficiency of the FSS, and identify areas for improvement. Communities will require a draft and final evaluation report. The findings of the evaluation will be used to report back to the Department of Treasury (Treasury) on the effectiveness of the FSS.
