Plumbing Works, Sewer Line Replacements and Hydraulic Services Upgrade

West Moreton Hospital and Health Service is seeking Proposals for Plumbing Works – The Park Centre for Mental Health, Ellerton Drive Wacol and Sewer Line Replacements and Hydraulic Services Upgrade – Esk Hospital, 30 Highland Street Esk.

It includes

1. The Park
   1. replace hot water systems;
   2. upgrades/remediation to drainage and bathroom works.
2. Esk Hospital
   1. replacement of sewer lines to the Nurse’s Quarters building:
      1. removal of all existing sewer pipework(possible asbestos), vent pipes (possible asbestos) and old or abandoned pipework;
      2. replace with 100mm copper lines.
3. Esk Hospital
   1. remediation of the hydraulic services infrastructure:
      1. removal of all existing galvanised pipework and or old or abandoned pipework and replace with modern equivalents;
      2. changes to fire hose reel supply lines, hot and cold water supply lines, upgrades to hot and cold water reticulation and installation of hot water systems and thermostatic mixing valves.
