Browns Plains State High School - PWD Amenities (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of an existing amenities to create a new PWD Change Space Facility at The Browns Plains State High School, located on Ivor Street, Browns Plains, QLD 4118, as part of the Education for All (EFA) program.

The scope comprises the internal refurbishment, including associated hydraulic and structural work to convert two (2 no.) existing cleaner’s toilets to a new compliant PWD Change Space Facility. The proposed works are located in the Tuckshop Building Amenities. All works are to be completed by October 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
