Tenderers are invited by Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS) to submit an offer in response to ITO Number MNHHS88474 for the Provision of a Painting Maintenance Program for The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH).
TPCH has an extensive portfolio of nominated building assets that require ongoing repainting and or maintenance due to fair wear and tear. Implementing this painting program will assist in extending the longevity of the building infrastructure and appearance by providing a standard required by the MNHHS.
The proposed arrangemnt will be for a period of five (5) years. It is MNHHS’s intention to award to a single provider for the Painting and Maintenance Program. The Contract is not to be sub-contracted.
