Description
Property & Development NSW is seeking to procure an Architect to perform the role of Lead Consultant on the Coffs Harbour Workplace Hub Project. The Architect will procure all necessary consultants to prepare the necessary Development Application documentation for approval by Coffs Harbour City Council. The Architect is to provide building design for both base build and fit-out, including concept design, all documents necessary for development application submission, detailed tender documentation, construction documentation, and quality assurance and design management during construction delivery.
