Mackay Regional Council is seeking to undertake the construction of a new car park off Leisure Court, South Mackay. Tendered works cover Stage 1 of the construction proposal.
Generally, the scope of works covers:
• Site Establishment and disestablishment
• Quality Control and Compliance Testing
• Provision for traffic management
• Environmental Management & Erosion and Sedimentation control
• Supply& Installation of drainage infrastructure
• Earthworks generally
• Landscaping and Irrigation supply and installation
• Supply and Installation of bus shelters
• Construction of flexible pavement roadway and spray sealing and asphaltic concrete surfacing
• Installation of pavement markings and signage
• Utility conduit installation and construction of lighting infrastructure and connections
• Survey Set out
• Compilation and submission of As constructed drawings and documentation
