CLI HillClose Gladstone Roundabout Civil and Electrical Works

The Queensland Government - Minister for Economic Development Queensland is seeking a suitably qualified civil contractor to undertake civil construction works including Earthworks, Roadworks, Stormwater Drainage, Landscaping, and Electrical Infrastructure works at the Cnr of Harvey Road and Spindrift Road, Clinton, Gladstone.

Scope - The socpe is for civil and electrical works incliding:

• Site preparation
• Earthworks
• Roadworks
• Stormwater
• Electrical and telecommunications
• Landscaping and streetscape

Site Inspection - Tenderers are required to acquaint themselves with the site where any work is to be undertaken before submitting a tender. No formal site inspection will be organised. Tenderers are to visit the site individually.

Revised Closing Date - The tender closes strictly at 2pm, Brisbane time, Friday, 8 June, 2018 offers recieved after this time are considered late and not considered for evaluation. It is solely at the discression of the Principal to accept late offers and may be dependent on the number of conforming offers recieved at tender closing.
