CQUniversity is seeking to establish a contract with a single provider of salary packaging services and is seeking submissions from suitable organisations that are able to offer a range of salary packaging options that represent value for money to Participants and allow employees to tailor a basic package and optional add-on services that best suit their requirements. The objective of CQUniversity is to ensure salary packaging services:
a. Are reliable, efficient and effective
b. Provide appropriate levels of accountability and transparency through accurate reporting and record keeping
c. Comply with taxation requirements and Australian Government policy
d. Attract staff to use the product
