Description
Establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of concrete / asphalt cutting and drilling services for Major and Minor Construction works as well as Maintenance during the period of 30th July 2012 to 30th July 2014 with option to extend for two (2) of twelve (12) months periods.
