Description
Offers are invited for entering into a Standing Offer Arrangement for the Supply and Dispensing of Spectacles, in accordance with the Conditions of the Request for Offer. The Standing Offer Arrangement will facilitate Queensland Health’s Spectacle Supply Scheme, which provides a comprehensive range of basic optometrical aids for the benefit of eligible permanent residents of Queensland.
The provision of spectacles under this Standing Offer Arrangement shall be on the basis of a prescription from any Ophthalmologist/Optometrist.
The successful contractor or their dispensing Ophthalmologist/Optometrist (dispensing agent) shall provide a measuring and fitting service.
