Pine Rivers SHS ? Block G End of Trip Facility (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Block G End of Trip Facility at Pine Rivers SHS, located at 535 Gympie Road, Strathpine QLD 4500, as part of the Targeted Maintenance Program.

The works include construction of new female staff End of Trip Facility including shower, toilets, changing room and storage area. Demolish existing female staff amenities and construct new cleaner’s storeroom with shelving and wash area. The position of the building is central on the school campus with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by March 2025.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
