Provision of Analysis of Agricultural Chemical Products

The APVMA is responsible for the registration of pesticides and veterinary medicines in Australia.As part of the Quality Assurance Scheme for Agricultural Active Constituents and Agricultural Chemical Products the APVMA assays the quality of active constituent incorporated into product available for supply in the Australian marketplace.

The APVMA is seeking tenders for the provision of services to undertake analysis of samples of agricultural chemical products for the purposes of determining:

* The concentration of active constituent in nominates agricultural chemical product;

* The concentration of impurities in nominated agricultural chemical products; and,

*The concentration of impurities relative to the concentration of th active constituent.

The successful tenderer will also prepare sampling containers.The expertise and qualifications required by the APVMA are detailed within the RFT documents. This document also details the active constituent, impurities and analytical methodology to be employed.
