Remote Riverina Minor New Works – External Design Tasks

The project includes but not limited to demolition, construction, building refurbishment, roof and window replacement at RAAF Base Wagga and building refurbishment at Kairivu Barracks, Mildura.

RAAF Base Wagga - Refurbishment of auditorium and Construction of Chaplain offices
The works include:
Demolition works;
Structural works;
Hydraulic services;
Mechanical services;
Electrical services; and
Appliance fit-out.

RAAF Base Wagga - Roofing and window replacement to accommodation buildings
The works include:
Demolition of existing roof covering;
Demolition of timber window and frames;
Installation of new roof structure;
Installation of new windows and frames; and
Painting and reinstallation of existing services.

Mildura - Refurbishment of Air Cadet facilities
The works include:
Structural works;
Construction works;
Demolition works;
Refurbishment; and
Air-conditioning upgrade.
