Beecroft Entrance Hut Refurbishment, NSW

The design and construction scope of works for this project includes reconfigure of the range entry point and replacement of the entrance security huts. The new huts require egress paths and rear access, along with new Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC). The boom gates require upgrade/replacement and the replacement of an asphalt entry road either side of the security huts. A widened waiting bay area will be constructed requiring the removal and replacement of the existing vehicle wash bay and water fill point in accordance with the approved Site Selection documentation, and connected to the local Council sewer system.
