Description
The Principle objective of the services is to provide preventative maintenance services in a manner which supports the National Archives' operations and maintains high occupant satisfaction. The Services include, but are not limited to the following:
a. Preventative maintenance of building services installations, servicing and maintenance of plant, equipment and engineering services including fire protection services and security system operations and general maintenance
b. Occupant problem reporting, off site help desk service and a call-out service for plant faults, emergency response or disaster recovery
c. Building management systems and automated controls
d. Management services including computerised control system operation and maintenance, maintenance planning, scheduling, data recording, coordination and security requirements
e. Review and reporting including operational, performance, improvements and condition monitoring
