Description
The Department of Justice is seeking the services of a qualified dietician to provide dietary services in Western Australian Public Prisons / Juvenile Detention Centres to meet the requirements set out in the Commissioner’s Operating Policy and Procedure. The Department requires annual dietician assessments of public prison / juvenile detention centre menus to ensure prisoners are provided with nutritionally balanced meals in line with the Australian Dietary Guidelines and the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating.
