Site Visit: An Inspection of the site has been scheduled for 11:00am Tuesday 1st May 2012. Tenderers are to contact the Superintendent to arrange a suitable meeting place. All tenderers shall be deemed to have inspected the site and ascertained the full and true nature of the Works during the tender period and become fully conversant with all visible existing conditions on and surrounding the site for building purposes, including but not limited to restrictions on access, use of lifts, loading materials, storage, etc. and to have allowed for all such factors in this tender. No claimes will be allowed on the ground of ignorance of the conditions under which the works will be executed.
