Description
The Swan River Trust is seeking a suitably qualified company to produce construction drawings and obtain a Certificate of Design Compliance, based on the attached conceptual designs.
The construction drawings will be required to meet the specifications below as a minimum:
• AS1894 – Licensing requirements for storage of dangerous goods (liquid oxygen);
• Accessibility for oxygen delivery tanker;
• Accessibility for equipment maintenance;
• Reduction of noise levels;
• Adequate ventilation;
• Adequate security to prevent access of unauthorised persons; and
• Appearance to be appropriate for the surrounding riverine and rural setting.
Prior to issuing of the Certificate of Design Compliance, construction drawings will need to be reviewed by Swan River Trust and BOC and modified, if appropriate.
The company will be required to obtain a Certificate of Design Compliance for the drawings to enable the Trust to tender for the construction works and obtain relevant development approvals and building licences.
