Operation Centre Upgrade - Construction and Office Fit-out

To provide an Operations Centre that will meet the needs and requirements for the City of Salisbury in its delivery of services for all users and stakeholders of the municipality.

NOTE: TENDERING COMPANIES ARE TO BE PREQUALIFIED WITH DIT UNDER THE BUILDING PREQUALIFICATION SYSTEM GB2 OR ABOVE..

The scope of works is:

1. Construction works in line with the detailed design and documentation.
2. Operational Model 2024
3. To establish a community focused, tightly integrated and effective operating unit based on a clearly defined purpose and activities for every entity (Field Teams, Workshop, Main Store and Administration) and defining the interactions between all entities.
4. Supported Infrastructure (original scope)
5. Removal of transportables
6. Creation of a workspace environment in alignment with hub principles
7. Improve pedestrian movement and associated safety
8. Supported Infrastructure (agreed additional scope)
9. Improved storage, & integrated store with operational model
10. Consolidation of workshops & inclusion in operational model
11. Improvement of space utilisation
12. Updated Information systems
13. Museum
