R8020 RAAF Base East Sale Redevelopment Project

Registrations of Interest are invited from suitably qualified organisations to undertake the role of Managing Contractor for the project at RAAF Base East Sale, Victoria.

The project will involve redevelopment of existing Base facilities inclusive of an engineering services upgrade, construction of a new Air Traffic Control tower and support facilities, construction of a new consolidated physical training facility, refurbishment of School of Air Warfare facilities, refurbished and new flight-line maintenance facilities, a new chapel and community support facilities, demolition works, construction of new commercial facilities, a new 25m zero-template firing range and passive security works.

The Managing Contractor will generally be responsible for procuring the necessary subconsultants and subcontractors to undertake the full design, construction and commissioning of the Works. The total value of the project is estimated to be in the order of $90 million.
