Rostering Solution

The Western Australian Sports Centre Trust, trading as VenuesWest, is a Statutory Authority responsible for managing, operating, maintaining and promoting State facilities for high performance sport and competition, recreational programs and entertainment events.

VenuesWest invites market participants to submit information about software as a service solutions that are suitable for use to manage its rostering requirements for casual, permanent and part-time employees.

It is envisaged that suitable solutions would comprise applications, whole or part thereof, such as, but not limited to, those commonly referred to by industry as employee scheduling systems or workforce management systems.

Through this Request process, VenuesWest seeks the following:

• An off-the-shelf, rostering and time attendance software solution to automate current time-consuming and inefficient scheduling of rosters and to ensure compliance with award interpretation.
• The provision of licensing of suitable software solution, implementation, integration with EmpowerHR (payroll system), hosting, training, support and maintenance services.
