TMAG Stage 1 Main Works Contractor

The Tasmanian Museum & Art Gallery is embarking on the construction of the first stage of its masterplanned redevelopment. TMAG wishes to engage a Contractor that will be responsible for the delivery of these works within sensitve heritage fabric and zones of potenial archaeology. The successful Contractor will be required to work with the TMAG design team to ensure successful delivery of the project. The Contractor will be responsible for managing all sub-contractors and specialist trades and may be required to co-ordinate with TMAG's own sub-contractors as required. The tendering of the works will be as a lump sum package with a series of separable portions to allow for a staged handover so that TMAG is able to commence exhibition and internal fit out works.
