Kangaroo Island Airport Upgrade - Airside Design

The project consists of airside and landside works in connection to a complete upgrade to the existing airport. The project will be delivered via two separate packages, however integration between the two packages will be integral to the success of the project and this will need to be considered by the consultants as a primary responsibility.

The packages are as follows:-

• Package A – Runway extension and overlay and associated airside works
• Package B – Terminal Upgrade and associated landside works (previously released – closing 9th December 2015)

This Request for Proposal is for Package A only, a separate Request for Proposal has been issued for the terminal and landside works in connection to work package B. Should a proponent wish to submit a fee for both work packages separate proposals must be issued, but these can reference each other. Any discounts or incentives in connection with the award of both packages must be clearly outlined in the fee section.
